The 21st Century was supposed to be an age where all discriminations based on various grounds like race, religion and gender would cease to exist.

An Age when people would be able to voice their opinions without fear, where a good education would be a right and not a privilege of every individual, where citizens of this global world would be united against injustice.

An Era when females would be able to roam freely without a feeling of threat, When Racism would have just  been an aspect of past and would have no part in the present and future, When Feminism and Gender Equality would have been achieved.

But things instead of uplifting like aforementioned have become more downgrading than ever before.

Racism has taken a horrendous turn with George Floyd’s inhuman death causing an uproar around the world and leaving an unpleasant and shameful reminder for all of us that Racism is still alive in this global age.

The word Feminism has become an insulting movement and has become synonymous with man-hating.

An Age where females are degraded when they identify themselves as feminists and many women are choosing not to identify themselves as one.

Even today men are restricted from showing emotions because society has taught them that it will make them less masculine.

Females are losing their jobs as well as leaving them due to domestic pressure.

Domestic Violence is still an imperial issue that we are just not choosing to address and change.

Is this the progress we aspired for?

Is This Right?

NO

THIS IS NOT OK

 But I believe that we can still change this. The situation is not too hopeless for us to give up.

Let us take a stand and spread awareness that these things are not right, not progressive

As Emma Watson once said and I quote ‘If not me Who. If not now When’

This is the main idea behind my blogs

Hope you will love it the same way I do.

Re-envisioning today will redefine the future in the way we wish to live in.

Hence, the name RE-ENVISIONING FOR REDEFINING
